I Googled it after seeing the first post and my understanding is that its limited to employees in PA. I wonder if Washa knows about this?

some guy sued because closers werent getting paid the right amount required by some law. the suit required best buy to pay .50 cents for every closing shift. i had 115 shifts. its been ongoing since like 2008
